We have chosen to adopt the character "Kou" as it means respect and devotion.

We prepare our food, and more importantly, treat all of our customers with the up most respect. The devotion we put into preparing our food means we always serve fresh, delicious fish.

We work incredibly hard to ensure that all of our customers - weather they order for delivery or eat in the restaurant - are always satisfied .

Thoese who do not enjoy raw fish are also very welcome as we have many alternatives on the menu from vegetarian options to Katsu dishes.
