We serve nothing but the finest quality ingredients to make truly fantastic dishes. We are very proud of our food and we are sure that you will enjoy eating it as much as we enjoy preparing it for you.
We make our own ingredients including sauces and dressings such as sushi soy sauce, teriyaki and salad dressings.
We also make our own ice-creams including green tea, redbean and espresso ice cream.
Our head chef is very devoted to making Japanese cuisine and has over 10 years experience in this field. He and his wife together who run the restaurant use their past experiences to make a truly Japanese experience. The head chef, a former Judo practitioner and his wife who is also an artist put their hearts into making your visit an elegant experience with insight into the Japanese culture.
